In addition to the 5 Åhus teams, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 7 together with HK Aranäs Vit, Kävlinge HK Blå, Ystads IF HF Di Blåe, IFK Bankeryd 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, OV Helsingborg HK 1, Tyresö Handboll and Önnereds HK.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 3 with 7-8. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb with 3-11.
