In addition to the two Åhus teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Lugi HF 2, HK Silwing-Troja, IFK Tumba HK 3, Alingsås HK Vit, Eslövs IK 3, Ljunghusens HK, IFK Bankeryd 2 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 5-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 4 with 3-4.
