In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Strömstad HK Svart, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Svart, Tyresö Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll Röd and Uppsala HK 1.

H43 Lund HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 1 with 10-11. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 3 with 7-12.
