In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 2002. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF Vit could be found in Group 1 together with Härryda HK, Alingsås HK 3, IK Bolton Danvikstull, Tyresö Handboll, Åhus Handboll 3, Ystads IF HF 3, IFK Kristianstad 4, Eslövs HF and IK Sävehof 3.

H43 Lund HF Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 2 with 8-9. In the Final, IK Sävehof 2 won over Tyresö Handboll and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating IK Sävehof 2 in the final with 10-8.
