In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK Svart could be found in Group 3 together with Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna, Ystads IF HF 3, Falköpings AIK HK RÖD, Ovesholms IF 1, Skåre HK 1, IFK Tumba HK and OV Helsingborg HK.

Eslövs IK Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Älta IF with 7-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 5-7.
