In addition to the three Staffanstorps teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Svart, Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Ystads IF HF 3, Falköpings AIK HK RÖD, Ovesholms IF 1, Skåre HK 1, IFK Tumba HK and OV Helsingborg HK.

Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 03 with 14-15. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Kristianstad HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Spånga HK 3 with 8-12.
