In addition to H43 Lund HF, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF could be found in Group 5 together with Borlänge HK 1, IK Baltichov, Eslövs IK, Halmstad Handboll 3, Kristianstad HK 3, Falköpings AIK HK VIT, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Ystads IF HF 1 and IK Bolton.
