In addition to the two Falköpings AIK teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Falköpings AIK HK VIT could be found in Group 5 together with Borlänge HK 1, IK Baltichov, Eslövs IK, Halmstad Handboll 3, H43 Lund HF, Kristianstad HK 3, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Ystads IF HF 1 and IK Bolton.

Falköpings AIK HK VIT continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 6-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Falköpings AIK HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 1 with 5-12.
