In addition to the two Falköpings AIK teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Falköpings AIK HK ROSA could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton Svart, Skuru IK, Lödde Vikings HK 3, Tollarps IF 3, Alingsås HK 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit, Lugi HF 1, Kristianstad HK 3 and IFK Bankeryd Blå.

Falköpings AIK HK ROSA continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll 3 with 3-12. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.
