In addition to the two Baltichov teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Baltichov could be found in Group 5 together with Borlänge HK 1, Eslövs IK, Halmstad Handboll 3, H43 Lund HF, Kristianstad HK 3, Falköpings AIK HK VIT, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Ystads IF HF 1 and IK Bolton.

IK Baltichov continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Blå with 10-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IK Baltichov also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 4-6.
