In addition to IK Baltichov, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Baltichov could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, H43 Lund HF Lund, Kvibergs Handbollsklubb, OV Helsingborg HK, Eslövs IK, Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and Vinslövs HK hk 2.

IK Baltichov continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 9-13. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
