In addition to Vinslövs HK, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK hk 2 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF Lund, Kvibergs Handbollsklubb, OV Helsingborg HK, Eslövs IK and Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb.

Vinslövs HK hk 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 3-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over OV Helsingborg HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
