In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Höörs HK H 65, HK Drott Halmstad, Staffanstorps HK, Ystads IF HF and IFK Kristianstad 2.

IK Lågan Hörby made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against OV Helsingborg HK, which they won with 9-8. Thereby IK Lågan Hörby won the entire A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019.
