In addition to the two Baltichov teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Baltichov Lake Aspen could be found in Group 2 together with Staffanstorps HK 1, IK Sävehof 1 Gul, Falu HK 1, Kristianstad HK 1, Uppsala HK 2, HK Ankaret, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.

IK Baltichov Lake Aspen continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eksjö BK with 4-11. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IK Baltichov also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 4-6.
