In addition to the three Staffanstorps teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with IK Sävehof 1 Gul, Falu HK 1, IK Baltichov Lake Aspen, Kristianstad HK 1, Uppsala HK 2, HK Ankaret, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.

Staffanstorps HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Vit with 10-12. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Spånga HK 3 with 8-12.
