In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Staffanstorps HK 1, IK Sävehof 1 Gul, Falu HK 1, IK Baltichov Lake Aspen, Kristianstad HK 1, HK Ankaret, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 2-9. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Gustavsbergs IF HK 2 with 7-8.
