In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Staffanstorps HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IFK Kristianstad 3, Bjärnums HK, Ljunghusens HK 1, IFK Bankeryd Turkos, Växjö HF and GF Kroppskultur.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg 2 with 8-9. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF P07 won over IFK Kristianstad 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 4 with 10-12.
