In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 71 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Bankeryd 3, IFK Malmö HF, IFK Kristianstad 3, Halmstad Handboll 1, Tyresö Handboll Gul, Eslövs HF 3, Alingsås HK 2, Ystads IF HF Di Gule and Veberöds HK 2.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 8-9. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over Tyresö Handboll and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Tomelilla IF with 6-7.
