In addition to HK Ankaret, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Ankaret could be found in Group 2 together with Staffanstorps HK 1, IK Sävehof 1 Gul, Falu HK 1, IK Baltichov Lake Aspen, Kristianstad HK 1, Uppsala HK 2, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.

HK Ankaret continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 5-17. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.
