In addition to the two Ankaret teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2002. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof HK Ankaret 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Hammarby IF HF 1, Redbergslids IK, Ystads IF HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Kärra HF Steff Academy, H43 Lund HF Blå, Halmstad Handboll 1 and Alingsås HK 1.

HK Ankaret 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK with 10-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 4 won over HK Ankaret 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002.

HK Ankaret also participated in Pojkar 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P02 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 6-10.
