In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 2002. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF Blå could be found in Group 2 together with Hammarby IF HF 1, Redbergslids IK, Ystads IF HF 1, HK Ankaret 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Kärra HF Steff Academy, Halmstad Handboll 1 and Alingsås HK 1.

H43 Lund HF Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 3 with 9-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 3 won over Alingsås HK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating IK Sävehof 2 in the final with 10-8.
