In addition to HK Ankaret, 12 other teams played in Senior Förening Herrar. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof HK Ankaret could be found in Group 1 together with IK Lågan Hörby, Chalmers HK, Huddinge HK, Staffanstorps HK, HK Hök and Vinslövs HK 1.
HK Ankaret made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Borlänge HK, which they won with 9-7.
