In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Svart, Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna, Ystads IF HF 3, Falköpings AIK HK RÖD, Ovesholms IF 1, Skåre HK 1 and OV Helsingborg HK.

IFK Tumba HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 7-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF 2 with 4-5.
