In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK Di gule could be found in Group 5 together with HK Eskil 2, IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF F05, Höörs HK H 65 F05, Torslanda HK, Vinslövs HK 2, Haninge HK, Halmstad Handboll 2 and OV Helsingborg HK Vit.

Eslövs IK Di gule continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skuru IK with 7-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF with 7-9.
