In addition to Torslanda HK, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Torslanda HK could be found in Group 5 together with HK Eskil 2, IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF F05, Höörs HK H 65 F05, Vinslövs HK 2, Haninge HK, Halmstad Handboll 2, OV Helsingborg HK Vit and Eslövs IK Di gule.

Torslanda HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK 05A with 9-14. In the Final, HK Eskil 2 won over OV Helsingborg HK 05A and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.
