In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 2 could be found in Group 5 together with HK Eskil 2, IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF F05, Höörs HK H 65 F05, Torslanda HK, Haninge HK, Halmstad Handboll 2, OV Helsingborg HK Vit and Eslövs IK Di gule.

Vinslövs HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 3 with 7-9. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 11-12.
