In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with IK Lågan Hörby 1, IF Swithiod, Halmstad Handboll ETT, Lödde Vikings HK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Lugi HF 4, IFK Kristianstad 5, H43 Lund HF 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 8-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 8-9.
