In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 5 together with IF Swithiod, Halmstad Handboll ETT, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Lugi HF 4, IFK Kristianstad 5, H43 Lund HF 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 5 with 7-8. In the Final, IF Swithiod won over IFK Kristianstad 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating IFK Kristianstad 2 in the final with 12-11.
