In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK 1, Eslövs IK 3, Uppsala HK 2, Växjö HF Gul, Falköpings AIK HK ORANGE, IK Bolton Gul, Lugi HF 3, Rørby/Værslev IF and IK Lågan Hörby.

Huddinge HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 6-13. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 3-10.
