Rørby/Værslev IF was one of five clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Flickor 2006.

In addition to Rørby/Værslev IF, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Rørby/Værslev IF could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK 1, Eslövs IK 3, Uppsala HK 2, Växjö HF Gul, Falköpings AIK HK ORANGE, IK Bolton Gul, Huddinge HK 2, Lugi HF 3 and IK Lågan Hörby.

Rørby/Værslev IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 2-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Rørby/Værslev IF also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Tomelilla IF with 5-9.

Rørby/Værslev comes from KALUNDBORG which lies approximately 200 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around KALUNDBORG does also provide two additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Raklev G&I and HF Kalundborg).
