In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK 1, Eslövs IK 3, Uppsala HK 2, Växjö HF Gul, Falköpings AIK HK ORANGE, IK Bolton Gul, Huddinge HK 2, Lugi HF 3 and Rørby/Værslev IF.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 1 with 6-9. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 5 with 6-10.
