In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK Gul could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, IFK Kristianstad, Höörs HK H 65 1, Eksjö BK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Alingsås HK 04.

Eslövs IK Gul continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Rosa with 6-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 5-7.
