In addition to the three Aranäs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Rosa could be found in Group 4 together with Ovesholms IF 2, Huddinge HK Vit, IK Sävehof 2 Svart, Lödde Vikings HK 04, Höörs HK H 65 03, IF Hallby HK, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 78 Sölvesborg and Uppsala HK 1.

HK Aranäs Rosa continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Blå with 10-12. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

HK Aranäs also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Skuru IK 2 with 5-10.
