In addition to the two Huddinge teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Vit could be found in Group 4 together with HK Aranäs Rosa, Ovesholms IF 2, IK Sävehof 2 Svart, Lödde Vikings HK 04, Höörs HK H 65 03, IF Hallby HK, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 78 Sölvesborg and Uppsala HK 1.

Huddinge HK Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 9-11. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Kristianstad HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 8-12.
