In addition to the 5 Åhus teams, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Lödde Vikings HK Lions, Uppsala HK 1, Hultsfreds HF, Växjö HF 1, Täby HBK, Eslövs HF 1, Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Raklev G&I.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Blå with 7-13. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb with 3-11.
