In addition to the 7 Ystads teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Lödde Vikings HK Lions, Åhus Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 1, Hultsfreds HF, Växjö HF 1, Täby HBK, Eslövs HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Raklev G&I.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 10-11. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Orange won over Eslövs HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 9-10.
