In addition to the two Ystads teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Strand, Lugi HF 1, Uppsala HK 1, Huddinge HK 4, Eslövs IK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and HK Aranäs 2.
Ystads IF HF 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 8-9. Thereby Ystads IF HF 1 finished second in F07 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. Ystads IF HF also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
