In addition to the four Huddinge teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 4 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Strand, Lugi HF 1, Uppsala HK 1, Ystads IF HF 1, Eslövs IK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and HK Aranäs 2.

Huddinge HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs 2 with 6-9. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 3-6 and ended up in second place.
