In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Strand, Lugi HF 1, Uppsala HK 1, Huddinge HK 4, Ystads IF HF 1, Kristianstad HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and HK Aranäs 2.

Eslövs IK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 1-10. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 6-10.
