In addition to the 7 Ystads teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 3 could be found in Group 5 together with HK Aranäs Svart, IFK Kristianstad 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Eslövs HF 2, Tollarps IF 1, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Huddinge HK Kings.

Ystads IF HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 13-14. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 9-10.
