In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 70 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Lödde Vikings HK Lions, Åhus Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 1, Hultsfreds HF, Växjö HF 1, Täby HBK, Eslövs HF 1, Ystads IF HF 2 and Raklev G&I.
IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 with 10-12. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
