In addition to Vadstena HF, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vadstena HF could be found in Group 6 together with Kristianstad HK 2, Lugi HF 3, Borlänge HK 2, Åhus Handboll 2, IFK Bankeryd, Huddinge HK Blå, Höörs HK H 65 F04 1, HK Aranäs Vit and Skåre HK 2.

Vadstena HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Vadstena HF also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 2 with 7-11.
