In addition to HK Silwing-Troja, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Silwing-Troja could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs HF 5, Lugi HF Sol, VästeråsIrsta HF, Halmstad Handboll 1 Röd, IK Sund 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Hultsfreds HF and Ronneby HK 1 Ronneby.

HK Silwing-Troja continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sund 2 with 15-16. In the Final, IK Sund 2 won over H43 Lund HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.
