In addition to Tomelilla IF, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tomelilla IF could be found in Group 1 together with Huddinge HK Champs, Växjö HF 2, Åhus Handboll 3, IK Sävehof, Veberöds HK 1, HK Ankaret Anker, Ystads IF HF 4 and HK Hök 1.

Tomelilla IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 3-9. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Orange won over Eslövs HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Tomelilla IF also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 1-9.
