Gubbalaget MKH

Gubbalaget was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Gubbalaget, 58 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Gubbalaget could be found in Group 4 together with Mats, Sommarpågarna, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK HF and Stiffes Änglar.

Gubbalaget continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TEAM PROVIVA with 6-11. In the Final, H-town won over Daddy Cool and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

Gubbalaget comes from Veberöd which lies approximately 61 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Veberöd does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Among others: Ystads IF HF, IFK Malmö HF, Höörs HK H 65, IK Lågan Hörby, Veberöds HK, HK Malmö, Eslövs IK, Eslövs HF, Fyrasvenskarendansk and Lugi HF).
