SG Flensburg Handewitt 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lugi HF with 10-11. Thereby SG Flensburg Handewitt 1 finished second in EH A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. SG Flensburg Handewitt also participated in Elit Herr during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
