In addition to the three Tyresö teams, 71 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll Röd could be found in Group 8 together with HK Aranäs Gul, IK Lågan Hörby, Lugi HF 1, Eslövs HF 4, Kävlinge HK Orange, IFK Bankeryd 1, IFK Kristianstad 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Tyresö Handboll Röd continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 5-8. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Orange won over Eslövs HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 4-6.
