In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 70 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 4 could be found in Group 8 together with HK Aranäs Gul, IK Lågan Hörby, Tyresö Handboll Röd, Lugi HF 1, Kävlinge HK Orange, IFK Bankeryd 1, IFK Kristianstad 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Eslövs HF 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb with 7-8. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Eslövs HF also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK 1 with 6-11.
