In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 3 could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Uppsala HK Snabba fötter, H43 Lund HF 3, Växjö HF 2, Vinslövs HK p03, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, IFK Kristianstad 3, Kungsängens SK 1 and IF Malmö Redhawks.

Eslövs HF 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IF Swithiod with 11-12. In the Final, IF Swithiod won over IFK Kristianstad 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Eslövs HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 10-13.
