In addition to the two Växjö teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Uppsala HK Snabba fötter, Eslövs HF 3, H43 Lund HF 3, Vinslövs HK p03, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, IFK Kristianstad 3, Kungsängens SK 1 and IF Malmö Redhawks.

Växjö HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll ETT with 9-14. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Växjö HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Uppsala HK 2 with 5-8.
